These ten listings were pulled from Philadelphia Zillow markets (19132, 19133, 19124, 19140, 19134, 19121, 19145) and ranked by cash-on-cash return (CoC) using Realy’s Chrome extension, sorted by highest CoC first.

All ten listings show positive CoC under lean assumptions. North and West Philly sub-$100K townhomes and SFRs dominate, with several foreclosures and large Zestimate gaps. This is one of the strongest city screens in the Realy dataset.
