Realy ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Realy Chrome extension and the website at realy.app (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your data.

2. Information We Collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and, if you sign in through a third-party provider, basic profile information provided by that provider (such as your name).

Payment information. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full credit card number or banking details on our servers. We may receive a transaction ID, last four digits of your card, and billing address for record-keeping purposes.

Property listing data. When you use the extension on a Zillow listing page, the extension reads publicly available listing data (price, address, property details) displayed on that page. Most investment calculations are performed locally in your browser. Certain advanced features may send listing data to our servers for processing; in those cases the data is used solely to perform the requested analysis and is not sold or shared with third parties.

Usage and analytics data. We use analytics tools to collect anonymized, aggregated information about how the Service is used — such as pages visited, features used, browser type, and general location (country/region). This helps us improve the product.

Automatically collected data. Our servers may log your IP address, browser user-agent, and request timestamps when you interact with our API.

3. How We Use Your Information

8. Chrome Extension Permissions

The Realy Chrome extension requests only the permissions necessary to function:

• Access to Zillow pages — to read publicly available listing data and display investment analysis in the side panel

• Network requests — to communicate with Realy servers for authentication and advanced analysis features

The extension does not access your browsing history, personal files, or any data outside of Zillow listing pages.

9. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Zillow). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
