Data Deletion Instructions

Overview

Realy respects your right to control your personal data. If you signed in to Realy using Facebook Login (or any other method) and would like us to delete your account and the data associated with it, you can request deletion at any time by following the steps below.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your Realy account and all associated personal data, send an email to hello@realy.app with the following:

• Subject line:"Delete my data"
• The email address associated with your Realy account
• If you signed up via Facebook Login, please mention that so we can locate your account by your Facebook-provided email

We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What Will Be Deleted

• Your Realy account and login credentials
• Profile information received from Facebook (name, email, and profile picture, if provided)
• Saved properties, calculations, and preferences linked to your account
• Subscription and billing records, except where retention is required by law

Removing Realy from Your Facebook Account

You can also revoke Realy's access to your Facebook data at any time directly from Facebook:

1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings
2. Select Apps and Websites
3. Find Realy in the list of active apps
4. Click Remove

Removing the app from Facebook stops Facebook from sharing further data with us, but it does not automatically delete data we have already stored. To delete that data, please email us as described above.

Data We May Retain

We may retain limited information after deletion if required by law (for example, tax and accounting records related to past payments) or to prevent fraud and abuse. Retained data is kept only for as long as legally necessary and is not used for any other purpose.
