Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Realy Chrome extension, website at realy.app, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Realy is a Chrome browser extension and web application that provides real estate investment analytics for publicly available property listings on Zillow.com. The Service calculates estimated metrics such as cap rate, cash-on-cash return, and projected cash flow based on user inputs and publicly available data.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through a third-party payment provider (e.g., Stripe).

• Beta pricing — early-access pricing may be offered at a discounted rate and is subject to change.
• Lifetime access — if you purchased a lifetime access plan, your access will continue for the lifetime of the Service as described at the time of purchase.
• Refunds — refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase by contacting hello@realy.app. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the extension or any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal use of the Chrome extension
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or the servers and networks used to provide it
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Realy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

• Not financial advice. Realy provides estimated investment metrics for informational purposes only. The calculations are based on user inputs and publicly available data, which may be incomplete or inaccurate. Realy is not a licensed financial advisor, and the Service does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
• No guarantee of accuracy. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any calculations, projections, or data provided by the Service. You should independently verify all information before making any investment decision.
• Third-party data. The Service relies on data from Zillow.com and other third-party sources. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, regardless of whether such damages are based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Realy and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
